Nutrition plays an important role in your health and wellness. As the old saying goes, “you are what you eat”. Our dietician, Alene Albritton, MPH, RD, LD is not here to simply tell you what you should not eat. It is our goal to assist you in making reasonable choice that will meet your health needs and goals.
Alene is available by appointment for individual consultation. Consultation includes an assessment of your BMI and a BIA (Plethysmography) which measures lean and fat body mass as well as hydration levels. Whether you are simply interested in knowing which vitamin and minerals would be recommended, you are interested in meal planning, or would like information concerning food safety, we are here to answer your questions.
